Alper Kanca
President, TAYSAD

Born in Trabzon, Turkey in 1963. Mr. Kanca has completed his graduate and postgraduate degree in Business Administration in Vienna University of Economics (WU).

He has started his career in 1991 in his family company in Kanca Dövme Çelik A.Ş. where he continues his career as a General Manager since 2007. Mr. Kanca has been serving in various non-governmental organisations as; Board Member of Association of Forging Industry (DÖVSADER), Kanca Dövme Çelik A.Ş. President of European Association of Forging Industry EUROFORGE.

Between the years 2006-2011 he has served as Board Member of TAYSAD. He has hold the Vice Presidency of TAYSAD between the years 2011- 2016. From March 2016 Mr. Kanca is holding the Presidency of TAYSAD. Mr. Kanca who knows German and English, is married and has two daughters.

Baran Çelik
President, OİB

Baran Çelik was born in Bursa in 1977. He completed his Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Uludağ University Faculty of Engineering and Architecture. He received the title of Mechanical Engineer MSc.

Çelik started his career in 2000 as a Board Member at Beyçelik A.Ş. Baran Çelik currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board/CEO of Beyçelik Holding A.Ş., established in 1976 and operates in automotive, heating, energy, tourism and insurance sectors. Çelik also serves as Chairman of the Board of Beyçelik Gestamp, which is the flagship of the Holding. He has been serving as Vice Chairman of the Board/CEO of various companies in the Holding since 2007.

Baran Çelik participates in various non-governmental organizations actively. Between 2012-2014, he assumed the Chairman of the Board duty in Young Businessmen Association of Turkey Bursa Branch (TUGIAD). He is still the President of High Advisory Board in TUGİAD.

Baran Çelik is the Chairman of the Board for Uludağ Automotive Industry Exporters Association (OİB) and Vice Chairman of the Board in Bursa Organized Industrial Zone. Çelik is a Member of Automotive Sector Council for the Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO). He is also a member of Turkish Industry & Business Association (TÜSİAD). Baran Çelik is married and has 3 children.

Rıza Şahin
President, OSS

Rıza Şahin was born in Ankara in 1978 and has been a Managing Director of Hıdırusta Otomotiv A.Ş., operating as a heavy vehicle spare parts supplier since 1997, for 11 years. Şahin set course for overseas after completing his high school education at Şehremini Anatolian High School by enrolling to the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of North Alabama University for his BBA. Şahin is also a Vice Chairman of the Board for Vibracoustic CV Air Springs Gmbh, Hamburg, one of the world’s leading air spring manufacturers and a board member of TATCOM Otomotiv Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş, Turkey’s shareholder in TETMOT, the leading Strategic Value Network operating in the Automotive Aftermarket industry. Şahin is also a board member of Brio Enerji which offers a wide product portfolio to authorised service network and independent workshops throughout Turkey. Şahin has been a board member for the last four years of partvendo.com, an e-commerce website dedicated to spare part procurement.

Şahin has been a member of the Turkish Automotive Aftermarket Association’ Board of Management for the last two periods and has been a Chairman since December 2017. He is experienced and well-versed in the automotive aftermarket in Europe and Turkey and the dynamics of the international market due to the management positions he has with international partners and his experience in industry associations. Şahin is married and a father of a son.

Jonathon Poskitt
Director, Global Sales Forecasts, LMC AUTOMOTIVE

Jonathon Poskitt is the Global Sales Forecasts Director at LMC Automotive, having analytical oversight of over 130 country market forecasts. He has 15 years experience researching and analysing the automotive industry, focusing on key drivers including: economic environment, policy and legislation, OEM strategies, segmentation shifts. Jonathon’s research has also covered OEM product strategy plans, analysing the market potential for new models, and market studies on areas such as low-cost and luxury cars. He is regularly quoted in both industry and the wider press on issues surrounding the automotive sector and its outlook.

Jonathon holds an M.Phil. in Economics from the University of Oxford and a First Class Honours degree in Economics from the University of Southampton. He currently sits on the Advisory Board (LOM) for Cardiff Business School. Prior to undertaking his Masters, Jonathon worked for a major investment management company in London.

Mubarek Mossa

Mubarak Moosa has over 12 years of experience as a corporate innovator have worked on more than 80 European and Global projects related to future growth strategy. Currently function as Managing Director of Frost & Sullivan’s office in Poland and as a consulting director, he continues to head the business of the Mobility Practice (formerly Automotive & Transportation) for the emerging markets covering Turkey, CEE and CIS.

He was one of the founder member of the Frost & Sullivan office in Istanbul in 2010, with the fastest growing team of Frost & Sullivan in Europe Israel and Africa (EIA). He has worked on topics related to New mobility models such as car sharing, integrated mobility, urban mobility, Electric Vehicles#; Automotive retail; Aftermarket products; Agriculture and off-highway vehicles, Commercial vehicles

Zoran Nikoliç

Zoran is business lawyer and works since 2001 in the aftermarket consulting business. He is managing director at the Wolk After Sales Experts. Since 2009 he is responsible for the study The car aftermarket in Europe an compendium for 35 countries in Europe.

Zoran is autor of plenty aftermarket management publications. He has managed consulting projects for clients in the European aftermarket for different topics, e.g.:

  • • Development of the European marketing and sales strategies for parts suppliers and parts distributors
  • • Consultancy for Aftermarket entrance of OE Tier 1/2 suppliers
  • • Forecast Market Analysis for the European Aftermarket
  • • Consultancy for implementation and professionalization of IAM Garage Concepts.

Delphine Lafon-Degrange
Head of Independent Aftermarket Business Unit, PSA GROUP

Appointed Director of the Independent Purchasing Aftermarket (IAM) Business Unit from 1 March 2017.

Holder of the Master of International Purchasing Management from the Bordeaux Business School, Delphine Lafon-Degrange began her career at Valeo, where she held various buyer positions in France and Spain, then as Purchasing Manager before to become Director of Purchasing Aftermarket. She joined the PSA Group as Director of Purchasing for Independant Aftermarket in early 2016.

His appointment as head of the IAM Business Unit marks the transition to a new stage for this entity created in 2015 which, after a period of construction, enters a phase of acceleration of its activity. The Business Unit is the backbone of the PSA Group's aftermarket offensive, including the development of the equipment parts range, the Eurorepar range, the Euro Repar Car Service multi-brand global repair network and the Distrigo distribution brand.

Gael Escribe

Gael Escribe, the founder and CEO of Nexus Automotive International, has a multicultural background that has transmuted into his professional career. The CEO was born in Africa to a Latin father and a Nordic mother. With an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion to develop and build, he was able to leverage this knowledge of the world around him and apply it to the NEXUS environment.

Fotios Katsardis
President & CEO, TEMOT International Autoparts GmbH

Fotios Katsardis is the President and CEO of TEMOT International Autoparts GmbH with HQs in Ratingen, Germany. Fotios is a dedicated supporter and defender of the Independent Aftermarket and a passionate advocate of the valuecreation of the International Trading Groups.

Fotios was born in Greece in 1961 and has spentover 30 years living and working in different European countries. He has lived since 1999 with the Finnish wife and their two daughters in Germany. He possesses a BA in Economics, an MA in European Economic Studies and an MBA in Internationalisation. He was an American Fulbright Nominee 1986 and Robert Schuman Scholar of the European Parliament 1988.

His professional skills include experience in European Economics and Financing, in the Wire and Construction CNC machinery industry and 22 years at the Automotive Aftermarket (12 years within Robert Bosch in different positions and the last 10 years within TEMOT International Autoparts GmbH as CEO and President of the Organisation). He is Board of the American leading group of Wholesalers (AAPA). He speaks Greek, French, English, Finnish, Italian and German.

Patrizio Ragusin
CEO, RAPRO Kimya Turizm Bilişim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

Mr. Patrizio Ragusin was born in to a family of a Turkish mother and an Italian father 1979 in Izmir. He started his education life in İzmir at the Private Italian Elemantary School. Then he went to Private Tevfik Fikret French Collage, he chose the USA for university. In 2002, he was graduated from the Department of Aftermarket Management of Automotive at Nortwood University, Faculty of Business Administration and came back to Turkey laid the foundations for Rapro which is making a wide range of rubber production today in İzmir and exporting it to the world.

Continuing his career as CEO at RAPRO Automotive, Mr. Ragusin is actively involved in a number of projects that contribute to the development of the industry. Over the years, Mr. Ragusin has been a member of the Executive Board of the Turkish Automotive Aftermarket Association (OSS) and General Secretary. He is fluent in English, Italian and French. Mr. Ragusin is married and has one child.

Yeşim Keser
General Manager, MA-PA Makina Parçaları Endüstrisi A.Ş.

Yeşim Keser started her career as an Investment Banker in New York in 1999, after graduating from the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Finance and Marketing. After several years in banking, she shifted her career into industry upon completion of her MBA from London Business School.

As an Internal Consultant at Diageo Plc’s global headquarter in London, she took on various Commercial Finance and Strategy projects across the Company’s different international markets, which led her to being appointed as Finance Director of Diageo Turkey.

In 2011, she joined the family business, MAPA, as the Finance Director. Her role expanded as she streamlined the systems and processes across the Company, finally becoming the General Manager in 2016. In her current role, Yesim invests a majority of her time in strengthening the corporate structure and systems.

Ziya Özalp
Member of the Board of Directors, GM, MARTAŞ OTOMOTİV

He was born in Istanbul in 1980. After completing his secondary education in Saint-Benoit French High School, he graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University Business Administration and International Finance departments.

From 2000, he carried out medium and long term studies for accomplishing many projects in various subject especially the management of the institutionalization process. As of 2010, he is a member of the Board of Directors and CEO. At the same time, he is also active in the Board of the Turkish Automotive Aftermarket Association (OSS).

Orkun Baykal
Assistant General Manager , AKYOL OTOMOTİV A.Ş.

Born on July 4th, 1991 in Istanbul, Orkun Baykal has been graduated Sisli Terakki high school in 2009. He completed his Bachelor's Degree in Işık University Mechanical Engineering in 2013.

After his graduation Orkun have had an internship period at Blue Print Headquarters (a Bilstein Group company) focusing on Automotive Aftermarket Sales Operations in Marden England. In 2014, he took a full time position in the Import / Export Department within Akyol Otomotiv organisation, Istanbul.

Currently he keeps going on his task of being responsible of procurement side and coordination of enhancing relevant subsidiaries.

M. Ayhan Dayoğlu

After graduating from Haydarpaşa Technical High School, Ayhan Dayoglu, graduated from the Machine Engineer Department of Yıldız Technical University in 1988, and following this he received his Masters Degree from YTU and then his Executive MBA at from SU (Sabancı University).

Ayhan started working as the aftersales services manager for Boronkay A.Ş., responsible for the products Daf Bus and Thermo King, a position in which he remained for 6 years. After that, he started working as the bus group aftersales services manager for Temsa A.Ş. After working in the Temsa organization as a manager in areas as different as all products group and spare parts and services, he became the director for Sales, Marketing and aftersales Services for Turkey, and moved with his family to Adana. After two years he was transferred to the company's bus factory in Egypt as a general manager, and until 30 September 2011, he lived in Cairo.

After a long and educational period with Temsa, Ayhan was due to his experience with managing automotive and networks, transferred to AkInsurance, another organization part of Sabancı holding, as the General Assistant Manager responsible for damage and operations. In AkInsurance, Ayhan's main duty was to manage the relations between the service providers (persons as well as institutions) of services, spare parts, assistance, hospital, etc. with a team of more than 200 members of staff, and to manage a budget of more than one billion Turkish liras, in order to support the growth and profitability of the company. In August 2016, Ayhan left AkInsurance and founded Arkeon Consulting Ltd. to assist companies to formulate business plans& strategies, to implement requested organizational restructuring, to improve networking possibilities and to execute turn key projects.

Arkeon became member of board in Auto King in January 2017 and then Ayhan has been CEO of the company since that time. Ayhan Dayoğlu is married and has a daughter.
